If the window for your online resources is too small or too big and you can't scroll up or down, we recommend adjusting your screen resolution.
If you continue to experience display issues, make sure your device meets our
minimum system requirements. If you need additional assistance, please contact
technical support.
Windows 7 and 10Right-click on any empty space on your desktop, then select:
- Windows 7: Screen Resolution
- In the window that opens, click on the down arrow beside Resolution.
- Windows 10: Display settings
- The Display window panel will open. Scroll down and click on Advanced Display Settings.
- Click on the menu under Resolution from the Advanced Display Settings window.
Choose a resolution. The lower the resolution, the larger the content is displayed on your screen. Kaplan recommends a resolution of
1024 x 768 or greater.
- Windows 7: Click on Apply to try out your changes. Click on Keep changes to keep them or Revert to cancel them.
- Windows 10: Click Keep the Changes within 15 seconds to confirm the changes or they will be cancelled.
Mac OSIt's generally recommended to use the
Default for display screen resolution option. If you're having issues, follow the steps below to change it.
- Open System Preferences from the Apple menu in OS X.
- Click on Display.
- Under the Display tab, hold down the Option / ALT key while you select the Scaled button next to Resolution to reveal all available screen resolution options.
- Choose a resolution. The lower the resolution, the larger the content is displayed on your screen. Kaplan recommends a resolution of 1024 x 768 or greater.
- Close out of System Preferences as usual to apply the changes.
