If you paid a materials deposit and want to return your books once you've completed your course, you can ship them to Kaplan's distribution center at:

There’s no need to worry about the condition of the books, but all materials must be returned.
You are responsible for paying for return shipping. Print your name clearly on the return address label and include the original packing slip (or a note with your name and Enrollment ID on it if you don't have the packing slip).
Materials must be postmarked by:
- December 1st for July test-takers
- June 1st for February test-takers
Refunds will be processed within 4 weeks of receipt. Keep your tracking information until you have received your refund to confirm the return of your books.
