Questions About Your Kaplan Book?

How to register the Online Companion in your Kaplan book:
 
1. Click here and find your book
♦ We recommend using Chrome on your computer Enable Flash Player (click here for a walkthrough)
 
2. Click Register

3. Answer the security question using your book
♦ The answer is case sensitive

4. Click Next

5. Click Proceed to checkout
♦ The shopping cart will have $0 as the subtotal since you’ve already paid for your book
♦ The "Promo Code" field should be left blank
♦ Select Checkout to continue

6. If you’re new to Kaplan you’ll need to create an account
♦ Click here for instructions on how to create a kaptest.com account
♦ If you’re already a Kaplan student sign in to your account

7. Click Save and Continue

8. A confirmation page will appear once your registration is complete 

To access your Online Companion, log in here, locate My Courses, and click Access my Online Resources.

If your Kaplan book comes with a digital eBook version, access it by going to Manage my course and payments on your account page and click “Access Digital Books.” Check out this walkthrough for more information.


 
Need More Assistance?

If your serial number isn’t working, you’re unable to register your book, or you received an error message (Your login attempt using single sign-on with an identity provider certificate has failed), please email book.support@kaplan.com and include the following:
 
♦ Title of the book
♦ ISBN number
♦ Username you use to log into kaptest.com
♦ Serial Number (located inside the back cover of the book)
♦ Brief description of issue

If your Kaplan book comes with a digital version and you’re attempting to access the e-reader (Kno) version, make sure you have properly created an account. Click here for instructions on how to create a kaptest.com account.

If you’ve already created an account but are still having trouble, please email onlinetech@kaplan.com and include the following:

 
♦ Title of the book
♦ ISBN number
♦ Username you use to log into kaptest.com
♦ Serial Number (located inside the back cover of the book)
♦ Brief description of issue

 

Errata is a list of errors or corrections to be made in a book. We’re dedicated to bringing you the most up-to-date information possible in our products which is why we keep a list of corrections and updates here

If you've found errata in your book/software check the list to see if the errata has already been reported. If it hasn’t been reported, please email us at book.support@kaplan.com and include the following:

 
♦ Title of the book
♦ ISBN number
♦ Brief description of issue
♦ Screenshots or images if applicable
 
 
If you’re unhappy with your Kaplan book, return it for a full refund within 90 days of purchase. Follow these steps: 
 
1. Provide a brief (50 words or fewer) explanation of why you’re returning the book. If you didn’t find the book helpful, let us know why so that we can improve our products.

2. Include your original sales receipt with the purchase price and date of purchase circled.

3. Package the two items above with your book and mail them to:

All refund requests must be received by Simon & Schuster within 90 days of the date of purchase of your book. 

Qualifying refunds will be issued in 6 - 8 weeks. The refund excludes shipping and handling costs and taxes. Only one offer per person and address; offer valid for US residents only.
