How do I register my book?

Having issues with your book?
Email book.support@kaplan.com if you're having technical issues or need help accessing/downloading a digital edition.

Include the following information in your email:
  • Title of the book
  • ISBN
  • Your Kaplan username (full email address)
  • Serial Number (inside the back cover)
  • Brief description of your issue
  • Screenshots/images if applicable

How can I return my book?
Kaplan has helped millions of students reach their educational goals. We know that our test-taking strategies work, and we make every attempt to keep our materials completely up-to-date. However, if you are not satisfied with your book for any reason, you may return it and get your original purchase price back, exclusive of sales tax, shipping, and handling.

Within 90 days of purchase:
  1. Provide a brief (50 words or less) explanation of why you’re returning your book
  2. Include your original sales receipt with the purchase price and date circled
  3. Package your book and the two items above and mail them to:

Qualifying refunds will be issued within 6-8 weeks. Refunds exclude shipping and handling costs and taxes. Only one offer per person and address; valid for US residents only.
