Use the Makeup Session Finder to make up a Live Online class
- Select Find a Makeup Session from your Account Details page.
- You and the instructor of the makeup class will get a confirmation email when you enroll. When you arrive, introduce yourself to let them know you're there for a makeup.
- We recommend scheduling your makeup no more than 48 hours before the session.
- If no options populate that work for you, try extending the date range. If we still don’t have any options for you, see below for another makeup option.
- Live Online make-up sessions will replace your regularly scheduled class session in the online study plan.
Please note: Medical Live Online and LSAT/MCAT In Person students cannot reschedule or make up a Live Lecture. You can make these up by utilizing the On Demand videos instead.
Catch up with Lessons On Demand
- You can also make up a session using the Lesson on Demand.
- Under the missed class session in your online Study Plan, click on the Lesson On Demand video link underneath your scheduled class time.
Missed a practice test? If you can't find a live class to make up your missed practice test, you can self-proctor the exam at home. Instead of the blue icon for Lessons on Demand above, for practice tests you’ll see a black camera icon. This is a proctoring video for timing your test. After completing the test, enter your answers in your online
Study Plan or using the
online webgrid to get your score report.
