Accessibility & Accommodation Requests
Kaplan is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and implementing regulations. Kaplan will not discriminate on the basis of disability in providing any of its services.

Students are eligible to request an accommodation with the Kaplan Special Services team after a purchase of a program. (If you are uncertain which program best matches your need, you may contact for general information only.) This team will then determine whether the applicant is eligible for disability-related accommodations and services based on the written documentation submitted for consideration. Please complete all sections of the application for review. Incomplete applications will delay the review.
Application Process

1. Please fill out the ADA Accommodations Application and return the completed documentation via email or fax. The application and all inquiries should be directed to:
Fax: (212) 253-4084

2. Once your application is received, you will receive an email from the Kaplan Special Services Team (KSS) that your application is being reviewed. KSS may ask additional questions to better understand the nature of the accommodations or ask for additional documentation as appropriate. Please be sure to include your contact information with your application.

3. The Kaplan Special Services Team will advise you of the accommodations that have been granted and will facilitate the accommodation with our staff.

NOTE: Kaplan does not arrange accommodations on your behalf with the test administrator for the official exam you are seeking to take. You must separately request accommodations with the test maker. More information on how to apply can be found on their website.
