Kaplan recommends taking your official LSAT exam very soon after completing your formal study.  Our classes are structured to take you from your first day of study right up to the official test date, so choose a program and register for the test date immediately following the end of your program.

Provided you complete your homework, take your practice exams, and keep up with your studies on the Kaplan-recommended schedule, you
will be ready to take your test when the course ends.

Of course, should Test Day arrive and you feel you are not yet prepared to take the test, you may invoke your HIgher Score Guarantee (subject to eligibility) and continue studying with us for free, repeating your class and accessing all your online resources until the next available test date.
