  • The repeat policy is 25% off to repeat an offline program for the identical Step within 12 months. The 12 months is to be calculated from the expiration date of the originating course. This is a one-­time discount per Step, and the offer does not apply to extensions, upgrades, or online courses. 
  • Repeat discount: 25% off Live Online in same Step if previously enrolled in Live or Live Online.
  • If the student purchases an extension while they are still enrolled in the course that is to be extended, the student must begin the extension immediately upon completion of the previous course. 
  • Extensions purchased after completion of the initial course that is to be extended MUST be purchased within 90 days of the expiration date of the previous course and MUST commence immediately. 
  • There are NO delayed start dates for extensions and extension purchases may not be frozen or put on hold.
