Precollege Academic Support

Welcome to the Kaplan Academic Student Support Team!  

We are a team of teachers here for you to answer your occasional course related content questions (primarily from online lessons, books, homework, quizzes, test, etc).  

We are happy to provide this service as an additional resource to your studies. However, this service is not intended to be a replacement for individualized tutoring. Depending on your needs, we may recommend at our discretion some of Kaplan's comprehensive supplemental tutoring services in lieu of this complimentary service.

In-Person and Live Online students
Your most immediate resource for academic support will be your classroom instructor or tutor.


Self Paced students
Kaplan provides email support in answering PreCollege students' questions about the academic content (strictly content related items, ie. errata / concepts / but NOT including essay grading feedback) of their course material: PCAcademicQuestions@kaplan.com. We answer questions of the appropriate type within 72 business hours.
 
When submitting either of the following, please include the Question Identification Number (QID), or a screenshot of the question ("Print Screen" button on a PC keyboard, Command + Shift + 3 on a Mac keyboard). To ensure we accurately answer your question, please include specifics around whether you need assistance on the explanation, the answer, the strategy, etc. Since we only communicate through email, we are not able to explain all topics or create individual study plans.
  • Reports of or inquiries about errors in the course material
  • Further explanation on a question or concept in the course material

The Academic Support team does not answer any questions about student accounts, refunds, Higher Score Guarantee, shipment of materials, technical issues, personal study plans, etc.
  • Extensions of your online resources can be completed through the My Account page (http://kaptest.com/myaccount)
