How long do I have access to my online resources?

You will have access and be able to log into your student page for approximately three months past your graduation date.  Studies show that students that take their boards within three months of graduation have the highest chances of passing the NCLEX on the first try.

However, we know that life can get in the way, so we do offer a three month courtesy extension.  If your access has expired, click here to request your courtesy extension.  Please allow up to two business days for processing.  Approval of your request may be first submitted to your school.

I failed my NCLEX exam.  What do I do now?

Your success is very important to us!  By taking the following 3 steps, we can help you back to the path for success.
  1. Use your 3 month courtesy extension by clicking here to get extended access to your study resources.
  2. Enroll in another Kaplan NCLEX Review Course, at no additional charge.  Click here and follow the instructions to re-enroll in a class of your choice.
  3. E-mail our NCLEX Expert at nclex-expert@kaplan.com for additional assistance and advice.  They can enroll you in an upcoming Success Seminar geared towards repeat test takers.

Where can I provide feedback about the Integrated Testing program?

We would love to hear from you!  Please e-mail any feedback you have about the program to integrated.support@kaplan.com

How do I make an online payment?

If you have received notification that you have a payment due, click the “Manage Account” link at the top of your student homepage, then click the blue link for “Make Payment.” On the next screen you will see your balance due. Click the green “Make A Payment” button and input a valid credit or debit card to pay balance. Internet Explorer or Google Chrome should be used when making a payment online.  Please allow 2-5 days for payment to post to your bank account.

If you have not yet received communication about a payment due, you may not have a balance due on your account.  We will notify you once a balance is applied to your account.

My NCLEX class is over but I still have questions.

Our NCLEX Expert is here to help you succeed on test day!  If you still have questions or need help putting together a study plan, please reach out to our NCLEX Expert at nclex-expert@kaplan.com for help.
