ACT Live Online Test Strategies Preview ClassThis event is given live and over the internet. Parents and students learn about the format and structure of the test and how to score higher using key Kaplan strategies. This is an ideal follow-up seminar to a practice test.1 hour

Full Length Practice TestsA full length practice test will show students what to expect on Test Day. Students will receive a complete score report and comprehensive analysis of their performance on the test, detailing individual strengths and weaknesses. Schools will also receive a Score Report detailing how their students performed individually and as a school, as well as compare the school to national averages (New SAT Practice Tests will not include a comparison to national averages until May, 2016). Note: Some events may be used as a fundraiser and the organization may charge a fee (typically $5-$10). This is not a Kaplan charge. The internal notes in the event description detail if there is a fee and how the money should be collected. Some events may include a consultation or follow up event. Combo Practice TestsCombo Practice Test help students decide which test is right for them. Students take a practice test that includes 1/2 length sections of each test. Students will receive a detailed score report including feedback comparing their performance on each of the analogous test sections of the two exams - for example, SAT Math section vs. ACT Math section. This is a perfect opportunity to experience both tests. Please note: combo tests with a Current SAT component include the Essay, since the Essay is mandatory for this test. Combo tests with a New SAT or ACT component do not include the Essay, since the Essays are optional for the New SAT and ACT. 1 hour
Score Higher on the SAT! and Score Higher on the ACT!During these seminars, both parents and students can learn how to score higher on admissions tests using key Kaplan strategies. The format and content of the test are explored, including ways to maximize efficiency on the exam. Various question types are reviewed and students and parentsr are given a study plan for success. This is an ideal follow-up seminar to a practice test.1 hour
What does your PSAT score mean?At this event, students will learn about why the PSAT is important, how PSAT scores equate to SAT scores, and the next steps towards getting prepared for the SAT. 1 hour
ACT and SAT EssentialsAt this event, students will learn about the key differences and similarities between the current SAT, New SAT, and ACT, as well as specific information about each test. They will also learn exclusive Kaplan strategies to help them prep smarter and score higher on these important college entrance exams. This is a great follow-up event to a Combo Practice Test.1 hour
New SAT: What You Should Know At this event, parents and students will learn about the changes to the SAT and how these changes will affect them. A timeline for when the changes will occur will be reviewed. Students and parents will learn about the new format of the test, how the test will be scored and what content will be tested on the new exam. New SAT sample questions will be reviewed and students and parents are given a study plan for success.1 hour
Personal Score Assessment for PSAT, SAT, or ACT
 
In addition to a comprehensive score report outlining not only their results, strengths and weaknesses, Kaplan also provides individualized score consultations for families. These 20 minute sessions take place during one evening at least 2 weeks after the test. Families sign up ahead of time, and meet with a Kaplan tutor to walk through their results, have their individual questions answered, and create a plan for what to do next.1 hour
SHSAT Practice TestA test that tests your skills and shows how you would score on test day. Receive a detailed analysis of your performance on the exam, including strengths and weaknesses by question type.1.5 hours
