How do I access it?

You can log in using your kaptest.com login information.  If you are having login issues, be sure your password contains only lowercase letters and numbers.   Special characters (such as # & $) may also cause problems.

What if I am enrolled in multiple courses?

You will have to choose a "default course" to login to. This can be changed in the settings.  The most recent class should typically be listed at the bottom.

Are there seeking points on the videos?

Seek points will now display on the video playlist in addition to the seek point currently displayed in video player control.

Are the lessons streamable?

No.  An audio or video lesson will be downloaded fully and stored on your mobile device so you can view them whenever you wish.  Streaming is not an option as the lesson must be downloaded fully before it can be viewed.

Do you need an active internet connection to login and view previously downloaded audio or video lectures?

No, you do not need an active internet connection to see downloaded videos. You will be able to access all downloaded videos and audio from your Media Library.

Are there limits to the number of lectures that can be downloaded at one time?

Yes.  There is a maximum of 10 Audio lessons and 5 Video lessons that can be downloaded at one time.  If you wish to view new lessons when this limit is reached, you will need to delete older lessons first.

It is possible to take quizzes through this app?

Yes, the MBE Qbank feature is now available and it will allow you to create a custom quiz from the 6 MBE subjects. Once the initial content is downloaded, you can submit a custom quiz and view results offline as well. When you are online next, your offline quizzes will automatically synchronize with your progress on the web and visa.

You will have access to a comprehensive history of your quiz performance and be able to review all previously completed quizzes.

Can I check off work on my App that will show up on the online syllabus?

Downloading a video on the app will check that off on the online syllabus.  However, nothing else will transfer over from the Daily Assignments.

I completed work on my computer, but I do not see this progress reflected in my application.  Why?

In the case of Daily Assignments and Strength & Weakness sections, the progress is not updated in real time. In order to see this progress reflected on the application, you will need to log out completely and log back into the application in order to refresh your progress.

However, for fleX and Qbank, the progress will be updated every time you navigate to the Home and History screen.

I cannot access the videos through the Strengths and Weakness guide in the application.  Why is that?

The lessons are not accessible through the S&W guide at this time.  Access them through the main progress area.
